Ran into a gym mom at the grocery store this morning. We chatted politely & went out separate ways.

As she was walking away she calls out “you look good!”

Well I was fancy in my jeans and what not.

That simple sentence made my day.

Compliments cost us nothing to give. But the have such value!

I need remember happy that simple statement made me & pay it forward.
